Strengthening Inclusion in Classrooms
ANCHOR Inclusion™ gives your staff practical, research-led strategies to support children with additional needs in the moment, in real classrooms. It trains the adults around a child (teaching assistants, class teachers, LSAs, lunchtime supervisors and SENCOs) in one shared approach to behaviour, so support is
consistent across every part of the school day.
The result: confident staff, consistent practice, and children who are better regulated and ready to learn.
This is the staff training route. For families, see our parent workshops.

What your staff learn
The ANCHOR framework. 12 modules. Real classroom practice.

The ANCHOR Inclusion Practitioner Certification is a specialist training programme for school staff.
Staff learn 10 practical tools, applied in the classroom and in the playground.
When every adult around a child uses the same approach, the child stops translating between two different systems.
Families learn the same ANCHOR framework as schools. The home-school consistency is the intervention.
Teacher training begins with the Foundations (Behaviour as Communication) then builds through 4 units across 12 weekly modules.

What your staff gain
Qualified ANCHOR Practitioner status. Earned through real practice.
Staff are assessed on what they actually do. Not what they can memorise.
Those who complete the programme earn Qualified ANCHOR Practitioner Status - a certified credential - and the confidence to read behaviour, respond calmly under pressure, and de-escalate before situations escalate.
